1 Definitions & Introduction

In this document, "9g99", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to 9g99's online gaming and betting services. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.

"Services" refers to 9g99's website, mobile version, and all gaming, betting, bonus, and support services provided there. "Terms" refers to this terms and conditions document.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. Any user who does not agree with these terms must stop using the platform immediately.

2 Membership & Account

2.1 Account Creation

You must create a valid account to use services on 9g99. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating an account. 9g99 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false information is provided.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

9g99 will not be held responsible for activities carried out on your account by any unauthorized person, unless it is proven that this occurred due to a fault in our system.

2.3 Identity Verification

9g99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Additional information may be requested in cases of suspicious activity.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

9g99 services are for individuals aged 21 or older only. Account creation or use of services by minors is strictly prohibited.

A government-issued ID such as a national identity card or passport may be required to verify age when creating an account. Failure to verify age will result in account suspension and deposited funds may be held.

If we become aware of any minor using the platform, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on 9g99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable to all methods)
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• If a deposit is not credited for any reason, notify the support team
• Use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account has been fully verified. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawal time: generally within 1 hour
• Identity verification may be required in cases of unusual activity

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

9g99 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times. Wagering calculations apply only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member will receive the welcome bonus only once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirements are met, any winnings may be forfeited
• Bonuses can only be used on games available on 9g99
• 9g99 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer

5.4 VIP Program

9g99's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier. Bronze tier offers a maximum of 0.3% and Diamond tier offers a maximum of 1.5% weekly cashback.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Providing false identity or information
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Using another person's account or gaining unauthorized access to an account
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the software or system
• Using automated bots or software on the platform
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other members or staff
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage 9g99's reputation

If prohibited activity is proven, 9g99 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all deposits and bonuses.

7 Privacy & Security

9g99 uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. We are committed to ensuring fair play as a secure and reliable platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

9g99 believes in responsible gaming. We want our members to play for enjoyment and not fall into addiction.

• Set financial limits — only play with money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life
• Take breaks during play and stick to time limits
• Talk openly with family and friends about your gaming habits
• Do not treat gambling as a source of income

9 Limitation of Liability

9g99 strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or unavoidable circumstances.

9g99 reserves the right to correct any bonus amounts, winnings, or other information displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. Funds paid out on the basis of such errors may be reclaimed.

9g99 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or third-party service failures.

10 Service Changes

9g99 reserves the right to change these terms, the nature of services, the bonus structure, or any other policy at any time. Reasonable advance notice will be given for significant changes.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.

9g99 reserves the right to close any account or stop providing services without giving a reason, particularly in cases of prohibited activity.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both Bengali and English.

In disputes, 9g99's recorded transaction and activity logs will be considered final evidence. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute, you may request a written explanation from us.
