9g99 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
9g99 believes entertainment is enjoyable only when it stays within safe limits — you are always in control of how you play.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming and betting is a popular form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, it needs to be kept within limits. 9g99 always wants its users to have a healthy, enjoyable experience, and for gaming to never become a source of stress or financial difficulty.
Responsible gaming means staying in control of your budget and time, being aware of your own behaviour, and having the courage to seek help when needed. The 9g99 platform offers various tools to help you maintain that control.
Please remember — this platform is for people aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or taking part in any games.
Our Safety Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period, which helps prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Time-Out Break
If you want to take a break for a few days, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily deactivate your account for any period from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time, logging in or making transactions will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to stop playing for a longer period, choose self-exclusion. You can request to close your account for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the exclusion period, no marketing messages will be sent to you.
Bet Limit Control
Set a maximum limit in advance for how much you will wager in a session or within a set period. The system will alert you before you go beyond your budget, and gameplay will automatically stop when the set limit is reached.
Round-the-Clock Support
If you feel any difficulty at any time, contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email. Support is available in both Bengali and English. Our team is ready to help with any questions related to responsible gaming.
Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory when opening an account at 9g99. Only people aged 21 or above may use this platform. Any attempt to operate an account using a minor's identity will result in permanent closure of that account.
Check Yourself
Ask yourself the questions below. If the answer to one or more is "yes", please speak with our support team.
- Are you spending more than your set budget and regretting it afterwards?
- Do you feel an urge to bet more in order to recover money you have lost?
- Are you hiding your gaming from family or friends, or lying about it?
- Do you feel restless, anxious, or irritable when you are not playing?
- Are you spending too much time gaming at the expense of everyday responsibilities or work?
- Have you used money set aside for essential expenses to place bets?
These questions are not meant to judge — they are for awareness. 9g99 wants you to always play with enjoyment, not with worry.
Practical Tips for Responsible Gaming
Set Your Budget in Advance
Before you start playing at 9g99, decide how much money you can spend on entertainment this month or this week. This amount should be something that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life. Remember — the minimum deposit at 9g99 is just ৳100, so you can enjoy yourself even on a small budget.
Keep Track of Your Time
Gaming should never go on for hours on end. Set a timer on your phone or use 9g99's session time limit tool. Play as entertainment in between time with family and friends, studying, or work — do not make it your main activity.
Play for Fun, Not in Hope of Winning
Online gaming is primarily entertainment. The outcome of every game depends on chance and there is no guarantee of winning. So never bet by taking on debt or by dipping into emergency savings. Avoid placing large bets in anger after a loss — this often leads to even greater losses.
Keep Your Account Secure
Never share your 9g99 account password with anyone — especially underage members of your household. Playing on behalf of a third party is also prohibited. Your account is for your own personal use only.
Be Aware of Bonuses
9g99's welcome bonus — up to 100% on your first deposit up to ৳10,000 — is a great opportunity. But keep in mind that a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus must be met. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you will need to wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing the bonus. Do not go beyond your budget in pursuit of a bonus.
